St. Vincent de Paul Society
Our help is free and confidential. It includes much more than food bank and food parcel deliveries to people’s homes – we involve youth and young people, offering friendship and support, assistance with bills, furniture pickup and delivery, and supporting a community with special needs, and much more.
Do you need support with a food parcel or something else? Or do you know someone whom you could approach with SVDP phone numbers – please call 033897484, 02108325454, or text 0273589400, or go to www.svdpchch.co.nz/howcanwehelpyou
St. Vincent de Paul Society thank you very much for your ongoing generous financial support and donation of food.
Are you able to help St Vincent de Paul Society by becoming a member, or to volunteer with our current mission to support the people living at Pine Acres Camping ground? This mission takes just three hours of your time on a Monday, or Thursday, 11am-2pm rostered to fit with your life and commitments. Our task is to pick up food from Satisfy Food Rescue in Kaiapoi and deliver it to Pine Acres Camp. Our Mission is to welcome and engage with the people who receive the rescued food.
We also have support from the Hope Trust Rangiora, and the Person-to-Person trust in Kaiapoi.
Please consider this, a personal invitation from St Vincent de Paul to you, or someone in your family, to be part of St Vincent de Paul within our progressive Parish Community. For further information about St. Vincent de Paul Society or just the Mission to Pine Acres please call either:
